All orders are shipped via USPS. Any damage that occurs during shipping should be reported to us directly upon receipt of order. We value your business and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately accidents do happen when products are in the shipment process and therefore providing us proof of damage allows us to file claims for shipping and expedite your replacement product.
